Prior to her role at Luminarity AI, Audra founded and ran her own boutique political consulting firm. There she worked with prominent progressive clients like Reproductive Freedom for All (formerly NARAL Pro-choice America), The Pipeline Initiative, and Goodstock & Co., where she helped them build their data & technology infrastructure.

Audra has held key leadership positions in prominent political campaigns and major national organizations, including serving as Deputy Director of the States Team for the Elizabeth Warren presidential campaign, serving as a Regional Political Director with EMILY’s List, and working on Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.

In all of these roles, she managed staff and stakeholders across multiple states, and spearheaded projects across departments, demonstrating her adeptness at strategic planning and execution. Her unique perspective and people-focused leadership allowed her to positively impact each of these organizations.

Audra’s dedication to public service extends beyond the political arena, as shown by her service in the U.S. military. With over 15 years of experience and training in as an Army Reserve Officer, Audra has held leadership roles, including Company Commander, Team Leader, and Section Staff Officer in Charge (OIC). She leverages her military background to advocate for issues affecting women in the military and to highlight the positive impact the military can have as a force for change.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Audra is a mother who works hard to build a balance between both her professional and private life, always endeavoring to be a positive role model for her two daughters. She also remains actively engaged in her local community, serving on numerous boards for organizations dedicated to social justice and community empowerment. Her commitment to creating a fair and inclusive political landscape has left a noticeable mark on the organizations and individuals she has served, underscoring her unwavering dedication to advancing social change and uplifting those around her.
